Just like I said in the other thread, it's still in closed beta, so you'll have to keep you're eyes open for when they either open beta or release.

Yes. But it's gonna be supported by people buying upgrades. So free to play, yes. However, everything in the game is not free.
As for betas, they were taking apps for closed beta, but they aren't any more. Open beta hasn't started yet and won't start until they are done with the closed beta. That's only if they decide to have an open beta.
